GENERAL RULES & REGULATIONS:

       (1) Students shall have to observe all the rules and regulations of the Institute and breach of any one of these may render them liable for expulsion from the Institute. Strict discipline in the Institute is to be emphasized.       

       (2) The Institute reserves the right to make any alteration in the course contents of the programs, rules and regulations, teaching schedule, timings,fees payable and any other matter relating to its functioning.

       (3) The Institute may also decide not to impart instructions in any of the notified courses without assigning any reason.

       (4) The fee is to be paid as per schedule given to the students. In case of default the students shall not be allowed to sit for the examination.

       (5) The refundable security amount would only be returned after successful completion of the entire course.

       (6) If a student fails to clear his/her dues within the prescribed time limit as notified by the Institute, a fine of RS. 1/- per day for a period of 30 days from the due date will be charged. After 30 days if the dues still remains unpaid, the name of the student will be struck off from the rolls of the Institute.

       Revival of studentship will require readmission fee of Rs.1250/- plus fine. After revival of studentship only, students will be allowed to sit in the examination.

       (7) The Institute will not accept any responsibility in respect of the property of students that may be lost within the institute premises nor does it accept any liability for injuries during the course. However, first aid facilities are always available for the students for the minor injuries.

       (8) any dispute whatsoever would only be settled in a court at Ranchi.

NOTES :

       [1] If any selected candidate withdraws or dismissed from the programs for any reason whatsoever, his/her fees will be forfeited, except the refundable deposits.

       [3] Examining Body will facilitate of students and appearing for examinations, final decision for acceptance of the application rests with the examining body while passing of examinations depends significantly upon the effort of students.
