A) Diploma In Automobile Engineering :

       Duration of Course : Three years

       Eligibility : Matric or its equivalent preferably Intermediate Students from        recognized Board ( Appearing candidate may also apply ).

       Minimum Age at the time of Admission : 15 Years.

       Seats : 30 ( 5 Seats are reserved for other states )

B) Degree In Automobile Engineering :

       Duration of Course : Four years

       Eligibility : Intermediate or its equivalent from a recognized Board or        University with Science Stream.

       Minimum Age at the time of Admission : 17 Years.

       Seats : 30 ( 5 Seats are reserved for other states )

Affiliation :

       These courses are affiliated to the Institution of Automotive Engineers and the        Institution of Motor Industries, Chennai.

Commencement Of Program :

       Once in a year from July. Prospectus and application forms can be obtained        from the office on payment of Rs.50/- in cash or Rs.70/- by M.O. in all working        days in favor of H.I.T. , Devimandap Manda Tand, Tipudana, Ranchi - 834003.
